These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Haynah’s website and mobile applications.

By creating an account or using Haynah, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

1. The service

Haynah provides technology that enables customers to request rides and parcel-delivery services and enables eligible drivers to receive and manage service requests.

Haynah currently launches its service from Madaba, Jordan. Service coverage may be expanded, reduced, or adjusted through the application.

Availability of a ride or parcel request depends on service coverage, available drivers, vehicle eligibility, and operational conditions.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating and using an account and keep your account information reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for protecting your password and verification codes and for activity carried out through your account.

Customer accounts are intended for users aged 18 or older.

3. Drivers and vehicles

Drivers must satisfy the onboarding and operational requirements made available through Haynah.

A vehicle must complete the applicable review and approval process before it becomes eligible to receive ride requests.

Haynah may refuse, suspend, or restrict access where information or documents are incomplete, invalid, expired, inconsistent, or otherwise fail to meet operational requirements.

4. Ride requests

The customer selects the pickup point and destination and submits a ride request through the application.

A request is not guaranteed to be accepted. A ride proceeds only when an eligible driver accepts the request and the required trip conditions are satisfied.

Fare information shown in the application is governed by the pricing and trip rules active for the relevant service, zone, vehicle category, and trip.

5. Payments

Haynah V1 currently supports cash payment for rides unless another payment method is explicitly enabled by Haynah.

Users should not rely on a payment method merely because a legacy or third-party payment provider appears elsewhere unless that payment method is actively enabled for the service.

6. Parcel delivery

Haynah may offer parcel-delivery services subject to the categories, weight limits, service areas, pricing rules, proof requirements, and other conditions configured for the service.

Users must not use Haynah to send illegal items, weapons, illegal drugs, hazardous or flammable materials, or other items prohibited by law or by Haynah’s operational rules.

Additional restrictions may apply depending on the parcel or requested service.

7. Cancellations and disputes

Cancellation handling may depend on the trip status and the rules active in the service at the time of the request.

Where a user believes a fare, payment, cancellation, ride, parcel, or other service issue has occurred, the user should contact Haynah support with the relevant details.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

- Use Haynah for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

- Misuse another person’s account or identity.

- Attempt to bypass service, payment, pricing, verification, security, or eligibility controls.

- Interfere with the application, servers, APIs, or other users.

- Submit false, misleading, or manipulated information or documents.

9. Service changes

Haynah is an evolving service. Features, coverage, operational rules, and available service types may change as the platform develops.

Where appropriate, updated rules or terms will be made available through the website, application, or Admin-managed service information.

10. Account restriction

Haynah may restrict, suspend, or close access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, repeated misuse, serious policy violations, invalid documents, safety concerns, or legal compliance.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Jordan.
